INSTRUCTIONS FOR CME CREDIT / GENERAL INFORMATION EARN CME CREDIT

Completion of the tests, with a passing grade of 70% or higher, will enable participants to earn 3 hours of CME credit per each of the self-study activity sections, up to a total of 6 hours of CME credit for both sections. Each section consists of multiple-choice questions and their corresponding articles.

Upon completing this activity as designed and achieving a passing score 70% or higher on the post-test, participants will receive a letter of credit awarding AMA PRA Category Credits™ and the test answer key four (4) weeks after receipt of the registration and evaluation forms.

It is up to you to notify your state medical board of any continuing education credit you receive. Many states with mandatory continuing education require that activities must be offered by an approved organization, and in addition must meet criteria related to subject matter and/or educational method, to be acceptable for credit.
